    What you’ll need for this position:


    • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in business preferred
    • 7 or more years of customer service experience
    • Experience with automotive and commercial vehicle markets and customers is a plus
    • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Work and Outlook
    • Sound decision making, problem solving and time management
    • Ability to communicate at all levels and with customers


    What you’ll do:

    1. Manage day to day customer communications
    2. Provides guidance and support to the rest of the CSR group as the lead person for the group
    3. Trains new CSR personnel or helps remove competency gaps with existing CSR personnel
    4. Maintain Sacoma incoming e-mail and detailed accuracy in customer correspondence
    5. Update sales forecast monthly to finance and production
    6. Work with product and sales teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently
    7. Update quarterly and annual customer price changes
    8. Receive, maintain, and track customer purchase orders
    9. Update forecast, phase-out changes in weekly APQP – manage phase-out programs with support teams
    10. Update key sales measurable as needed
    11. Support and train on quoting activity
    12. Support quote log updates in database
    13. Maintain broad knowledge of all company products and services
    14. Completion of customer NAFTA certification requirements
    15. Gather necessary information for quoting process
    16. IATF 16949 compliance
